FREE Online Support Group Meeting for people struggling with Anxiety and Depression (or for people who are supporting someone who is living with these issues).  The meetings happen every Monday evening at 6:30pm (ending anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00pm) – there will be 10 sessions – running from October 18th to December 20th, 2021.  Everyone is welcome – you do not have to be a resident of Beaumont to participate. You are welcome to attend all or just some of the sessions as you are available.
