50 Ways to Stop Bad Feelings In Their Tracks – Edmonton Public School Support Staff (Private Training)

This course provides participants with 50 different easy-to-use and quick result strategies, effective for people of all ages, to help effectively manage feelings that accompany issues of trauma, stress, anxiety and depression, in the moment, as they are happening. This session does not provide a foundational understanding of why these strategies work so well. Rather, the session is designed to offer participants a diverse variety of coping methods to use in any situation (when they are alone or in public; when they have 5 minutes or 1 hour to deal with their feelings; etc.)
