This Training is being offered to Staff and then to the Management team, in a two-part format, to increase the ease of discussion by participants during the session.  This Training builds on a previous Communication Training that the whole group had been a part of, in June.  This Session helps staff learn how to manage tricky communication scenarios (as provided by the staff/managers themselves, using real life conflict moments) by first being aware of/in control of one’s own self (using the communication foundations taught previously) and then better managing/responding to the reactions/the conflict circumstances.
