This is a closed Training session that is being offered to the Beaumont Library Staff and Management Team together.  It builds on a previous Communication Training that the whole group had been a part of, in June.  This Session helps staff learn how to manage tricky communication scenarios (as provided by the staff/managers themselves, using real life conflict moments) by first being aware of/in control of one’s own self (using the communication foundations taught previously) and then better managing/responding to the reactions/the conflict circumstances.
