There are times in our lives when we recognize that we need to end relationships with people that we still care about.  Maybe we have outgrown the dynamic, or perhaps it is becoming a problem for us in some way.  Ending relationships, especially with people who once mattered a great deal to us, is always a painful process.  Join us via Zoom, Tuesday evening, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, on November 28th for this FREE, online Workshop – Ending Relationships That Are Just Not Good for Us – and learn how to say goodbye with respect and care for what was, even if it can no longer be.

This Workshop is being offered in partnership with the Leduc County Family Resource Network and is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge.  Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the mental health challenges that exist in their lives.

Ending Relationships That Are Just Not Good for Us is open to everyone who wishes to attend – you do NOT need to be a resident of Leduc to participate.
