Join us for this FREE 5 session Mental Wellness Support Program (From Overwhelm to Okay) – offered virtually, through Zoom – Monday evenings, at 6:30pm (MST) – from November 9th to December 7th, inclusive .
Participants will learn ways to manage their more challenging emotions (like anxiety, anger, depression, overwhelm, etc) by building coping strategies that improve emotional regulation, problem solving and crisis management skills. The information shared in these sessions are applicable to all ages.
This Support Group Program is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge – and is offered in partnership with Beaumont FCSS. Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the stress that exists in their lives.
This Support Group Program is available to EVERYONE – you do NOT need to be a Beaumont resident to attend. Participants are welcome to attend all or just some of the sessions, as they are able (different themes will be discussed each night, so you do NOT have to attend every evening to get something helpful out of the experience).
Please contact Beaumont FCSS (780-929-1006) or fcss@beaumont.ab.ca) to register and to access the Zoom link.
