Habits That Trigger Chronic Pain

October 24 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Habits That Trigger Chronic Pain

Our minds are powerful – they influence not only our thoughts and feelings, but also our physical well-being. When we suffer from chronic pain issues, we often try to manage the world around us to mitigate our discomfort.  But sometimes, the biggest antagonizers stem from within.  Join us to learn more about the most common internalized patterns that trigger the fight-or-flight response in our brain which, in turn, then causes our physical pain to worsen.

Join us for this FREE Mental Wellness Workshop (Habits That Trigger Chronic Pain) – offered in-person – Thursday, October 24th, at 6:30pm (MST) for one hour – at the Beaumont Library.

This Workshop is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge – and is offered in partnership with the Beaumont Library.  Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the stress that exists in their lives.

This Workshop is available to everyone – you do not have to live in Beaumont to participate.  Registration is requested: click here or contact them by phone.
