How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep
October 21 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm$30
Knowing how to get a good night’s sleep is an essential foundation for a productive and successful day. Sleep is the building block upon which we can create healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. But truly restful and energizing sleep can be an elusive thing, especially for people who are also dealing with serious physical illness issues. In How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep, participants learn ways they can address common sleep disturbance issues and create an atmosphere for deep, healing slumber, so they can wake up refreshed and ready to face whatever their day may bring. The strategies taught in this session are applicable to people of all ages.
Join Tacit Knowledge and the Myeloma Alberta Support Society for their Multiple Myeloma Wellness Event on October 21st, at 11:00am. This is a hybrid Workshop (you can attend in-person or via Zoom). It will be happening at the Chateau Nova Kingsway, in Edmonton. Multiple Myeloma is the second most common blood cancer after Leukemia.
Everyone is welcome to attend this Wellness Event. The wellness fair is focused on topics that are of interest to people that are living with this disease. This year, topics will include updates on CarT and other treatment therapies, financial and estate planning, and possibly pharmacy developments.
To register for this Workshop, please go to: registration. There is a small fee for this event ($30.00) but it includes access to the many workshops happening that day, and to a terrific lunch/snacks offered throughout the day.
