How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep
November 1 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pmFREE
Knowing how to get a good night’s sleep is an essential foundation for a productive and successful day. Sleep is the building block upon which we can create healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. But truly restful and energizing sleep can be an elusive thing.
Join Tacit Knowledge and the Strathcona County Library on November 1st, at 7:00pm (to 8:30pm) for the FREE, online Workshop. In How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep participants will learn ways to address common sleep disturbance issues. They will also learn how to create an atmosphere for deep, healing slumber, so they can wake up refreshed and ready to face whatever the day may bring. The strategies taught in this session are applicable to people of all ages. There will be time available in the last half hour to ask questions/discuss particular situations.
Everyone is welcome to attend (you do NOT need to be a resident of Strathcona County to participate.) To register for this Workshop, please contact
