Setting Boundaries
May 6 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Many people struggle with knowing how to find a balance between caring for others and caring for themselves. Join us in-person, Monday evening, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, on May 6th for this FREE community Workshop. Setting Boundaries will help participants learn more about how to recognize and set healthy boundaries, so they can maintain a healthy balance of time and energy in their own life.
This Workshop is being offered in partnership with Strathcona County Library, and is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge. Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and works with individuals, families and agencies who are trying to effectively address the mental health challenges that exist in life.
Setting Boundaries is open to everyone who wishes to attend – you do NOT need to be a resident of Strathcona County to participate.
Registration for this event is required – but there is no cost! For more information or to register: Setting Healthy Boundaries | Events | Strathcona County Library (bibliocommons.com)
