The 4 Key Foundations (For Managing Everything)

In a fast paced, hectic world it can often be difficult to know how to achieve the healthy balance required to feel good and be successful on a daily basis, no matter what stress one might be facing. This wellness session increases a participant’s understanding of how the 4 key foundational elements (sleep, nutrition, hydration and activity) are so necessary for maintaining a healthy balance in a hectic life. And it includes other strategies that integrate a healthy balanced state into every day of life, so the flow stays consistent and manageable.
On March 1st, Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT is facilitating this PD session with staff from Elk Island Public School Division, at Bev Facy High School. This is a closed Training. Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with agencies who are trying to effectively support families/children who are struggling with the challenges and stress that exist in their lives.
