Conflict is not usually a problem in relationships unless it causes a divide between the partners.
Join us for this FREE 5 session Mental Wellness Support Program (The Relationship Reset) – offered virtually, through Zoom – Monday evenings, at 6:30pm (MST) – from September 21st to October 26th, inclusive (there will be NO session on October 12th, which is Thanksgiving Monday).
Participants will learn ways to improve communication; resolve conflict in a way that draws both partners closer together; and develop skills that will benefit any intimate connection. (Participants are welcome to attend individually or as a couple.)
This Support Group Program is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge – and is offered in partnership with Beaumont FCSS. Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the stress that exists in their lives.
This Support Group Program is available to EVERYONE – you do NOT need to be a Beaumont resident to attend. Participants are welcome to attend all or just some of the sessions, as they are able (different themes will be discussed each night, so you do NOT have to attend every evening to get something helpful out of the experience).
Please contact Beaumont FCSS (780-929-1006) or fcss@beaumont.ab.ca) to register and to access the Zoom link.
