Women Supporting Women Mental Wellness Event

January 26, 2022

✨ Welcome to our very special “Women Supporting Women” Mental Wellness Campaign. ✨

The Tacit Knowledge therapy team has partnered with the fantastic and supportive women who run the Beaumont Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, The Painted Door On Main, Soul House Sweets, and Chartier. Our goal is to challenge the stigma that surrounds the mental health issues that happen in our communities. We want to take this 3-day opportunity (Jan 25th, 26th and 27th) to shed some light on the theme of mental wellness by talking about the support that we all need in our daily lives.

We will be getting vulnerable and making space on social media to share with you the challenges and the solutions that we, as women and as business owners, find ourselves navigating as we manage our own mental wellness journey. It’s not always smooth sailing. Being business owners puts each of us at high risk with mental health pressures.

We know you all experience your own unique sets of hurdles too, as you juggle your families, your jobs/school, your homes and your friendships, each day. We are inviting you to share your stories with us, as we talk about some of these challenges (and the ways to overcome them) in more detail. We will be offering a FREE mental health resource each day of the Campaign, with simple ideas for support and strategies for growing your own mental wellness, and we hope you will download these resources if you feel they might be helpful.

✨Please share our story on your own social media pages. And join in the discussions happening on our Facebook and Instagram pages during the 3-day period to be entered to win one of five Gift Bags full of amazing items that each of us use when we need some extra support.

✨The draw for these 5 amazing Gift Bags will happen on January 28th.
