Building Healthy Esteem

Self Esteem cannot be faked.  And having strong self-esteem does not mean we are lacking modesty or humility.  Self Esteem comes from the connection we have with who we are (how well we know our self and whether or not we like and respect who that person is).  It plays a huge role in influencing all of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  Much of our self esteem originates from the love, support and messaging that we were given during childhood.  But as we get older, we become solely responsible for this self-awareness and acceptance.  It takes time and attention to grow and maintain a healthy inner connection, and people do not often give it the effort it deserves.  This Training Session supports participants in finding that honest connection within, and provides strategies to help strengthen the healthiness of one’s esteem, so a person can live comfortably and happy with who they are, every day.
