Dealing With Difficult Feelings
Dealing With Difficult Feelings increases the basic understanding of the different types of difficult emotions (like depression, anxiety, etc) that create sometimes seemingly insurmountable challenges and isolation for those dealing with these issues – and for their friends, family, and colleagues at work. Participants learn about a variety of fundamental strategies and mindfulness techniques that can be used to empower those who struggle with any difficult emotion – these tools are useful for all ages. This session pairs nicely with 100 Quick Fixes for Anxiety and Depression, or it can be used as a stand alone training.
