Do you know the difference between Guilt and Shame? Don’t worry – most people don’t. Guilt can be a good thing – it anchors us into our value system and helps us be the kind of person we can be proud of. But too much guilt becomes toxic. And the power of shame is always damaging. This Training Session helps participants learn when guilt can be useful (and in what ways it can be applied in a healthy context). It will also explain how guilt becomes a weapon and is damaging. And it will teach participants how to recognize any shame they might be carrying (while providing techniques for learning how to be free of this burden).
