Or, if you have a Private Practice of your own, and you are thinking about expanding/bringing on other therapists to your team, then you will want to know who to hire – an IC or an Employee? We will provide you with the information you need to decide whether you want to become (or you want to hire) an Independent Contractor or an Employee, as you continue your work in the therapy world.

This Training session is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge.  Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and has been running her own, very successful private practice for the past 10 years.  She initially started out as a solo practitioner, and has since expanded into to a group practice that includes 6 Associates.  Kim continues to work fulltime in her practice (seeing about 20 clients a week, and managing her team), and is fully booked with client sessions 3 months in advance.
