How To Get A Good Night's Sleep

Knowing how to get a good night’s sleep is an essential foundation for a productive and successful day. Sleep is the building block upon which we can create healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. But truly restful and energizing sleep can be an elusive thing, especially for people who also experience ADD/ADHD. This workshop helps participants learn ways they can address common sleep disturbance issues and create an atmosphere for deep, healing slumber, so they can wake up refreshed and ready to face whatever their day may bring.

Join Tacit Knowledge and the Parkland & West Family Resource Network (Alberta Parenting for the Future Association) on November 7th, at 6:30pm (to 8:00pm) for this FREE, online Workshop.  In How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep, participants will learn ways to address common sleep disturbance issues.  They will also learn how to create an atmosphere for deep, healing slumber, so they can wake up refreshed and ready to face whatever the day may bring. The strategies taught in this session are applicable to people of all ages.  There will be time available in the last half hour to ask questions/discuss particular situations.

Everyone is welcome to attend (you do NOT need to be a resident of Parkland County to participate.)  To register for this Workshop, please contact: info@apfa.ca.  Additional registration information will be available closer to the Event date.
