Mental Wellness Jeopardy
April 11 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join Tacit Knowledge, Beaumont FCSS and The Beaumont 50+ Club on Friday, April 11th – at 11:00am (for 1 hour) – for the April Speaker’s Corner Event – Mental Wellness Jeopardy Game. This event is a FREE, in-person workshop – happening at the Beaumont 50+ Club.
Everyone is welcome (you do NOT need to be a member of the Beaumont 50+ Club or a Beaumont resident to attend).
In this session, we will be discussing Mental Wellness in general (and specifically for people over the age of 50). To make things more interesting, we will be playing a live game of Jeopardy with the entire audience (prizes will be earned for every correct answer). Come out and show us what you know (or maybe don’t know) about the kinds of mental health issues that impact the second half of life – and learn strategies to overcome these challenges and to improve the quality of emotional and mental wellness as we age.
This session is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT – of Tacit Knowledge. Kim has over 34 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the stress that exists in their lives.
