Knowing how to manage cortisol levels naturally is probably one of the most important things we can learn in this life. Our cortisol levels impact so many of our other body/brain chemicals – our melatonin, dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and Gaba, to name just a few. People sometimes end up taking medication in an attempt to address the symptoms of an out-of-balance cortisol level. But dealing with the problem at its root source, in natural ways that can be integrated into a regular lifestyle, is a much more effective solution. This session helps participants identify what excess levels of cortisol looks like (physically, emotionally and mentally), and provides strategies for changing those levels, immediately and in the long-term.
