Setting Boundaries

October 24, 2023 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

FREE
What are Boundaries Important

Many people struggle with knowing how to find a balance between caring for others and caring for themselves.  Join us via Zoom, Tuesday evening, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, on October 24th for this FREE, online Workshop.  Setting Boundaries will help participants learn more about how to recognize and set healthy boundaries, so they can maintain a healthy balance of time and energy in their own life (especially during the holiday season).

This Workshop is being offered in partnership with Leduc County Family Resource Network, and is being facilitated by Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT of Tacit Knowledge.  Kim has over 30 years of experience as a therapist, and often works with families/agencies who are trying to effectively address the mental health challenges that exist in their lives.

Setting Boundaries is open to everyone who wishes to attend – you do NOT need to be a resident of Leduc to participate.
